We scaled down Mum's 70th birthday party to a small family affair due to a bereavement in the family. We booked a room at the Med @ Marche Restaurant in Renaissance Hotel and had a 6 course dinner. It was a warm family get together and it has indeed been a long time since we had this crowd all in one place. Mum's siblings from abroad came down and Sandra (her eldest daughter) made a surprise appearance from Dubai.
